Permanent magnetic clamping plate PMNEO for palletising Design: Double neodymium magnetic clamping system with a steel base body. The upper plate can be machined up to a depth of 6 mm without impairing the holding force. The clamping plate is activated using a detachable hexagonal control lever. Optionally, pole strips can be mounted, which make it possible to raise the workpiece. Reference elements can be directly absorbed by the width extension so that no additional pallet is required under the magnet. Holding force: approx. 160 N/cm² Magnetic field height: approx. 10 mm Transverse pole pitch: 11 +4 mm Application: For clamping workpieces for heavy machining, even on rough surfaces, good holding forces are achieved.
