Description
Flat blunt file with tang
General information:
An appropriate steel microstructure, essential for uniform hardness. Type and angle of the cut are determined by the particular application, whereby one differentiates between cut 1 –for rough machining, cut 2 –half smooth/universal andcut 3 –finishing. Ideal tooth geometry for each application. The length of the file is measured without the tang from the tip to the attachment.
Design: DIN 7261, Form A, rectangular and hewn on 3 sides.
Application: Suitable for processing rectangular geometries and deburring. Can also be used for surface machining.
General notes: Flawless steel structure as prerequisite for uniform hardness. Type and angle of the cut are determined by the particular application, whereby one differentiates between cut 1 - for rough machining, cut 2 - half smooth/universal and cut 3 - finishing. Ideal tooth geometry for each application. The length of the file is measured without the tang from the tip to the attachment.
