Warranty service
With the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer (and not the seller) guarantees a defect-free product. The manufacturer's warranty is not regulated by law.
Online registration
Please note that some manufacturers only grant a warranty but also an extended warranty if you register your product online. You can obtain further information directly from the respective manufacturer.

Repair and returns service

Power tools, hosepacks, machining and testing and measuring equipment
We provide you with service boxes in various sizes. You can place your power tools to be repaired or returned, hose packages, cutting tools, test equipment and measuring equipment in these boxes. The service box, which is the property of WEMAG GmbH & Co. KG, is then collected from you* by a parcel service or our field service staff and delivered to our goods logistics center (WLZ) in Fulda. We take care of managing the repair or returns process. You will then receive the repaired appliance back in the service box*.
