Design: Made of alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm² and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Low vibration tendency due to rigid shank. All functional surfaces machined and guaranteed quality thanks to double 100 % control.
Taper angle tolerance: AT3
Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm
Hardened: 58 –2 HRC
Application: For clamping tools with cylindrical shank in Power Collet collets and in collets to ISO 15488. For high-speed machining and heavy machining. Increased cutting performance due to higher speeds, feed rates and greater depth of cut. The increased running smoothness due to the low-vibration geometry ensures better surface quality and protects the tool, spindle and machine.
