Description

Countersink bit set 90° 1/4" DIN 3126 Design: HSS, DIN 335-C. 90° countersink angle. Radial taper-ground, bright surface, with straight flute length and flutes ground from solid. Also provided with cutting and clearance angles for the most common materials. Supplied in a robust plastic cassette with automatic drill setup function. Application: For universal, chatter and burr-free drilling, countersinking, chamfering and deburring work in steels up to 850 N/mm² and aluminium alloys. The countersink bit can also be used as a hand deburrer together with the corresponding operation tools. Note: Sufficient supply of coolant is required.
