Modular screw jack Design: The modular design allows the use of different head and intermediate elements. This allows a maximum height (with foot element 6425FG or 6425FY) of 1626 mm with a permissible support force of 60 kN, above which there is a risk of buckling. Do not adjust under load. The maximum height of 1626 mm can be reached steplessly and overlapping in height (with base element 6425FG or 6425FY). The joinings are protected against contamination. Improved handling due to individual elements as well as setup time savings due to parts flexibility. Storage optimization. Application: Can be used on T-slots and grid plates by means of adapters which are screwed into the foot element. The individual elements are plugged together and connected in a process-safe manner by means of a threaded ring. The threaded ring must not be retightened under load. The installation tool enables operation of the head and foot elements as well as the thread adapters.
